as a remote-access solution. It will allow you to show us exactly what
the problem is, and will allow us to make the changes you need directly
on your computer. It is completely secure, and we do not have any access
to your computer that you do not explicitly give us. Click

You are not required to use this with VirtCert, but we have been using
it ourselves for over a year and have found it to be wonderful tool
that can cut a support call down from an hour to a few minutes.
